Matt and the The Bearded Naked Yogi Team teach a full on-line schedule of

Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Conditioning Training group classes for everyone as well as international events and retreats.

 

All classes are taught in English with clear, simple instruction in-line with the core principles of The Bearded Naked Yogi which emphasise muscle engagement, body alignment and

correct use of the breath.

 

On-line classes are taught via Zoom for the highest possible

video and audio quality.

​

Participants are able to book their space up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class and will automatically receive the link to join the class to their email inbox.

​
